If you do not like the products you purchase from us, for any reason, we ask that you return them as soon as you possibly can.Before return/exchange,please contact with us first,or else we won't process your return.

Return your package within 30 days of the ship date (in most cases this will allow you 3 weeks to make a decision) the date on your return package must be within 30 days of your shipment date which will appear on your packing list.

Please enclosed return code in the return package.Return the jewelry in their original condition.

Please understand that we do not pay for your return shipments.

For every refund, there is a 15% re-stocking fee the customer will cover.
